Built in 2009 with millions of people, traffic and abuse encountered day after day. Broken concrete, trip hazards, spalls and joints damage made the plaza unsafe. We used FASTPATCH to repair all the broken concrete. The joints were removed and EJC-EXPANSION liquis joints were installed. The liquid joint bonds 100% to the concrete making a seal tight join

To remove the old joints, it is important to get to clean dry concrete. Once removed the backer rod is installed and primed. When the primer is dry, We install a two part, plant based polyurethane liquid expansion material!
