The Leadership Team
World famous influencer and emputee, who is dedicated to helping veterans rebuild their lives with purpose, strength, and dignity — now channeling that mission into national infrastructure.
Partnered with All-Tech Founder over 40 years and maintenance supply equipment. He, is a graduate of a Bronx High School of Science bringing decades of expertise in materials science and infrastructure solutions, along with Lou Mangione.
Creative infrastructure and maintenance repair visionary who rebuilt JFK Terminal 1 and Yankee Stadium walkways, eliminating trip hazards. Lou has utilizing Fastpatch compound. In addition, Lou has introduced Spikefast to Class 1, Class 2, Class 3 rails all over the world. Lou guides all work crews with this proven nontoxic technology across the globe.
Louis Cassas is a seasoned track construction and maintenance specialist with more than 40 years of experience across transportation, aviation, and manufacturing. He served in the New York City Transit Authority from 1992 until his retirement in 2019, finishing his career as The Chief Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing repair for the entire New York subway system.

Since 1978, he has served a diverse portfolio of clients—including major corporations, mid-sized enterprises, medical and surgical practices, optical franchises, importers, entrepreneurs, media and advertising companies, etc.
Izzy Fuchs has spent years supporting sales and marketing teams overseas. He understands the needs of global clients - having honed his skills in several industries. Rail systems are part of his expertise.
